Ingredients:

• 15–20 Almonds (soaked & peeled)
• 500 ml Milk
• A pinch of Kesar (saffron)
• 6–8 Pistachios (chopped)
• 4 tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
• 2–3 Cardamom pods (crushed)

Instructions:
• Soak almonds in hot water for 1 hour or overnight.
• Peel and grind into a smooth paste with a little milk.
• Add kesar strands to 2 tbsp warm milk. Set aside to infuse.

• In a pan, bring the remaining milk to a boil.
• Add almond paste and stir to blend.
