1. Canned Responses

2. Modified Keyboard shortcuts

With Undo send you can take back the email you’ve sent in its tracks, edit it and recover it – you have up to thirty seconds to do so.

Gmail's label might light up when you receive some new messages, but if you want a quick view at how many unread emails are present in your inbox; Unread Message Icon available in Gmail labs will do the job. For a quick glance, you can change the settings through Gmail Lab and Gmail will pin all unread messages on the top of Inbox.

5. Apps Search
In Google when you type something, numbers of related things appear on your screen. Similarly, now with Apps search feature from Gmail Labs you can simply enter the necessary thing on Gmail tab and it will show all the related emails.

6. Quick links
To access the quick details, images, messages, and contact person at once, just use quick links option available in Gmail Lab and after enabling it, you'll find a box on the left, where you can add all the related links, details of the contact and images etc will be bookmarked with URL. So, it will be an awesome feature to use quickly.

7. Reply to all (Default)
When you have to send so many emails or to reply, one or the other individual can left out. Under such circumstances, a user can simply select reply all through Gmail Lab, by which all will get the reply at the same time without any tome wastage and missing anyone.

8. Send and Archive
Previously the email you sent was not even saved in sent mail box and user used to get a crisis through it. Simply open the General Settings of Gmail and click on the "Show "Send plus Archive" button in reply" radio tab. From now on, through this option, you can simply keep the setting of send and archive which maintains a copy of sent email or message for further use.
