Al Mustafa Welfare Trust spread the joys of Eid al-Fitr 2025 and launched multiple initiatives across Pakistan—all the events aimed to foster unity and generosity within the community, especially during the Eid festivals. The primary purpose of the initiative was to uplift families in distress and ensure that the blessings and happiness of Eid reached everyone. AMWT embodied Eid's spirit with various events such as bringing joy to care home residents through smiles and distributing Eid gifts to children while supporting families in need in Pakistan.
Eid Gift Distribution:
Every child has the right to spend the Eid day in joy. Al Mustafa Welfare Trust organized the distribution of Eid gifts to children from deprived families, ensuring that no child should be deprived of the happiness of the festival. Children from less privileged backgrounds and those who lost their presents were given Eid gifts containing new clothes and other essentials. The children who received Eid gifts were happy, and the joys of Eid were shining in their eyes; their faces were filled with excitement.

Empowering Families through Zakat Assistance:
Over Ramadan, AMWT organized community Iftar events, offering healthy meals to people who were fasting and promoting a feeling of unity and togetherness. Many families face hardships during Eid. Recognizing the financial difficulties, AMWT organized an event for Zakat payments to help families celebrate the Eid festival with ease and comfort. AMWT distributed food packets to families containing essentials like flour, rice, and cooking oil, allowing them to celebrate Eid with full hearts and full plates. AMWT ensured that no one was left on the feat day in solitude and hunger.
One recipient said, "The food pack we received was a gift for our family; it made our Eid special.
AMWT Brought Eid Joy to a Care Home:
Older people who live alone in care homes are often forgotten by society. Festivals evoke memories of the past. The feeling of solitude intensifies during the days of celebration. Aware of this, AMWT visited various care homes and brought traditional Eid sweets to them, shared Eid greetings, and spread joy. This activity aimed to ensure that the event was unique for every older adult. As seen from the smiles on their faces, simple acts of compassion had a significant impact on them. It reminds them that they belong and are not forgotten.
