In simple words, people are friendly.

Located in Budigere Cross, it is a stone’s throw from some of Bengaluru’s finest residential neighbourhoods, classiest leisure avenues and flourishing tech and business zones. Now coming to the Amenities and USPs of the project:

Clubhouse and Preview Theater- One of the best — No comparison — Has everything you need. All luxury amenities like Amphitheater, Preview theatre, Club House, Children's play area, and Cricket practice net. Swimming pool, Toddler pool, Jacuzzi pool, Open showers under the pergola and many more.

Specification and floor plans are the best I have seen. The architecture is great and the structure is quality. Fantastic design for ventilation and is well spacious. Materials used in flats cannot be compromised and all are first quality only. Quality and Trust are the main focus of the builders
