The comprehensive report showcases Bio-D's remarkable progress over the past year, including a 9% reduction in CO2e per single product, bringing their total carbon footprint reduction to 40.6% per product since 2021.

Key Highlights from the 2025 Report:
Royal Recognition: Bio-D received the prestigious King's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, recognising their exceptional commitment to sustainable practices
Waste Reduction: Through their innovative refill programme, Bio-D saved over 1.75 million consumer-size bottles in 2024
Water Conservation: Achieved a 20% reduction in water-related CO2e emissions compared to the previous year
Supply Chain Optimisation: Reduced raw material CO2e emissions by over 7% compared to 2023
Renewable Energy: Bio-D's solar energy systems generated 18% more energy than used on-site
Closed Loop System: Successfully relaundered 7,488 containers, saving over 7.8 tonnes of plastic
The report also highlights Bio-D's B Corp recertification process, which is currently in its final audit stages, and their continued commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with particular focus on Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.
The company's Sustainability Manager added, "It's great to see that sustainability has become a force for global responsibility. It is the foundation stone for responsible business, building a footprint and legacy for future generations."
Bio-D also introduced several new products in 2024, including the Yorkshire Rhubarb cleaning range and their first-ever Sustainable Soy Candle, as well as expanding their Allergy UK certified product range.
