I just beat Naksun and here are some tips I can give you.

.After he drinks wait 1 second then SS (resets Wingstorm), he'll do a ranged attack if you go to far away that hits 4 times just press 1 and block them all. After that you can CC him.

.If he does his attack combo that knocks you up just keep pressing 1 and you can block the whole thing.

.Use your 2 and X whenever he's vulnerable don't waste them when he's buffed because he'll resist it.

.Kite him for most of the fight exchanging between X, 2, and SS (the one that snares).

.Save your SB or Time Distortion for his low HP phase. When he goes to the middle just Z pop soulburn and Z again then the rest of the fight will be easy as you just burst him down without touching the ice.
