Junction City, Oregon, 20th Sep, What comes to your mind when you hear the word thriller? Action, suspense, and danger? Author and lyricist Craig Zumwalt, with his new adventure thriller Dunkle's Bones, aims to set a new precedent. This heart-pounding tale plunges readers into a spine-chilling story, revealing the unimaginable horrors beneath the surface.

Dunkle's Bones introduces the readers to Ned Beehoven, a Coastal Investigations Officer in Cape Town, haunted by a traumatic past. As a teenager, Ned was the sole survivor of a mysterious sea creature's attack on the ship's crew he was cooking for.

He spent two decades with that daunting memory, but life has unique ways to overcome challenges. After 20 years, the threat resurfaces, and now Ned must face the unthinkable to protect those around him. He doesn’t know what it would take to stop the deadly creature, but now he has no choice.

With the expertise of shark specialist Alexa Jennings and the enigmatic Oceanography Professor Townson Marley, Ned gets ready for a perilous mission into the high seas. Their goal is to stop the giant predator from his past before it wreaks havoc on the oceans and beaches. With his unique storytelling style, Zumwalt effortlessly brings to life the terrifying Dunkleosteus, a fifty-foot beast thought to have gone extinct four hundred million years ago.

Dunkle's Bones is a book that will force the readers to one of the deadliest missions yet. Will these three be able to prevent the havoc, or will they fall prey to the predator? Only time will tell.
