Fat Loss? I Think You Mean Weight Loss

I get this question posed to me at lest 5 times a week from clients and colleagues.

It is extremely important to know that calories do count, but as well, what you put in your mouth is also to be considered. One who consumes 1500 calories in cookies and candy is going to look much worse than someone who consumes 1500 worth of fruits, vegetables and tuna fish. The composition of your diet and what you eat must be a focus to lose fat.

It is a known fact that diets that are low in carbohydrates are going to burn excessive amounts of fat and fast. In comparison to any other diet, low carbohydrate diets do exceed any other in weight loss. Eating a lot of carbohydrates has been known to be a major factor in fat buildup and weight gain and has also been found to lessen lepton discharge. Eating on a low carbohydrate food plan will allow you to work on eliminating a considerable amount of body fat, but if you go off of the plan it can become harder to keep the weight loss and fat loss off and the pounds slowly slip back on.

One key to maintaining the weight loss while dieting is to combine it with an exercise plan. Fat loss diets are a great time to incorporate a fitness plan so you can continue this when your dieting is done. As well, changing your eating habits permanently can lead to a lot of weight loss. This means not only a fat loss diet, but keeping consistent with the plan and change of foods lifelong.
