It helps a person burn calories fast because it is rich in selenium. The selenium is what the human body needs to improve the metabolic performance. It might help the person to achieve the required goal weight one had always wanted. So, consider eating the Tandoori chicken a few hours before going to the gym.
4. It has a lot of Vitamins: The cooking of the chicken in the tandoori also helps the meat to retain its vitamins.
