If you find yourself out and about--or in the midst of an important meeting--during lunch, you will be far more likely to choose fast food or unhealthy, sugar snacks in order to maintain your energy. By determining what your schedule is going to be first, you can prepare healthy snacks and meals to take with you, and you can plan out the times you will workout.Don't take weekends off when you're working on a fitness plan. It's not uncommon for someone to view weekends as "free time" to rest and ignore health. You should keep weight loss on your mind, daily. You don't want to splurge all weekend and then have to start your program over again, every Monday.
