Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton wins Mississippi primaries

Donald Trump had a big win in the Michigan and Mississippi Republican primary and Hillary Clinton has won the Mississippi Democratic primary.

Republican leader Donald Trump had a big win on Tuesday in delegate-rich primaries Michigan and Mississippi, getting over a week of ranking assaults from the party’s establishment and growing his lead in the White House nominating race.

At a press conference at his golf club in Juniper, Fla., he sidelined the remaining rivalry stating they’re essentially all gone. He mocked Mr. Cruz, who split four selecting challenges on Saturday with Trump and positioned himself as the prime alternative for the brash New York tycoon in the race to be the party’s candidate in the November 8 race.
Mr. Trump said, “Cruz is always saying, ‘I’m the only one that can beat Trump,’ Further imitating him: “He rarely beats me.”

Later in a conference, Trump added he was attracting new voters to the Republican Party and people who are opposing his campaign should save their cash and concentrate on beating the Democrats in November. Trump also said that he hopes the Republicans will grasp it. “We have something going that is so good, we should grab each other and unify the party.”

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton scored a reverberating win over Bernie Sanders in Mississippi, credit to her mind-boggling support from black voters.

But she is locked in a shockingly close fight for the top spot in Michigan, where Sanders leads in the returns. This is a repudiation from months of pre-race surveys, which reliably showed Clinton with a double digit lead over Sanders in Michigan. As indicated by exit polls, Sanders was leading Clinton among independents in Michigan, while Clinton held the edge among the state’s basic union voter.
