I have had actually no in advance help, i learnt it from recordings and bb.com. so please critque my structure and give me approaches to make strides.
( the main issue i can see is my left foot lifts before my privilege; is it accurate to say that this is quite a bit of an issue that could influence the advantages of this lift? )
