The only way to cancel this is to open a new account with your bank and Gc Fit 360 transfer all of your funds and set up new direct debits etc ,you will not be able to take the pending amount out as this money will be lost,once it is taken by the scammers you can close the account ,I have read reports where when you block them from your account they just set up a new direct debit in a different company name,I have reported this to the fraud department and direct debit dispute team,but they have guidelines to follow,saying send the items back to cancel the contract,but if you cannot get in contact with the company there is no way of sending them back,do not send recorded delivery to a post office box number as it is not a guarantee that your item has been received back,as they do not check for individual items,so is not proof of return Any advice on this would be much appreciated, but I was simply planning on sending them the cancellation email (it doesn’t say in the order small print how you have to cancel) and then go to my bank with the emails etc asking them to cancel any orders from the company and if needed set me up with a new bank accont/card to stop future charges. Surely if this is done at 14 days they are breaking the law to take any money?
