To make this world a better place and to encounter serious issues, it is important to shed light on them. After a good amount of research and meditation, Justine Alima has written this book. In this book, she has shared her experiences and shed some light on the most general issues like abuse, pedophilia, bullying and harassment, stress, and traumas. This book is targeted towards young adults, women, and parents.

We can never know what a person is going through until and unless we get to hear their point of view. Childhood abuse can turn into adulthood traumas, and this is one of the harsh realities of life. Since the beginning, such issues have co-existed; people are tortured, kids are spoiled, women are abused, and men are sexually assaulted. Nobody is ready to accept the truth and neglect to tackle the origins of mental illness, and in such a situation, it gets important for authors to write books and spread awareness.

When in huge trauma, people often do not speak up for quite a while. In this book, the writer has mentioned some tips that can help identify the traumas one has to encounter. On a daily basis, everybody gets in contact with an immense load of abuse, be it workplace stress, social anxiety, or childhood abuse. But, some of these abuses stay with us for a longer period and negatively affect our personalities. It is important to raise awareness as it is only then that one can regain lost self-love and determination with the right support, introspection, cognition, and resilience.

Justine Alima is a writer who has come forward to share her traumatic experience and create awareness among all. In her book, she has mentioned abuse and how it can affect a person for a longer period of time. Knowing that even the best has to go through the worst is one way to cope up with the harsh reality. Justine has striven to tell people that it is unpropitious to encounter abuse, but what's not suitable is to stay there and let the abuser be a winner.

Parents and kids must learn to bridge the communication gap because only then can major issues be resolved.
