YOKOTA SCALING HAMMER
Yokota scaling hammer is an air tool that runs on compressed air and is commercially used in industries for removing the rust and paints from ships, large-scale iron frames, bridges, and boilers. These applications are very large compared to a human manually working on them to remove the rust and paint.

Yokota Scaling hammer is an efficient ergonomic air tool that can remove paints and rust from metal. It can provide blows up to 8000 B.P.M and consume very small compressed air in comparison with other conventional tools used for the same purpose.


• YOKOTA SCALAR
Yokota scalar is another model for removing the rust and the paint from metal applications. It is different from the scaling hammer because the scaling hammer uses hammering action for chipping out the rust whereas the scalar uses friction to remove the rust & paint.

Yokota scalar uses accessories along with the tool to remove the rust and the paint. It is an ergonomic tool and can cover large-scale applications very efficiently. It rotates at a speed of around 3000RPM with small air consumption.

YOKOTA Pulse Tool Motor
YOKOTA is a respected brand all over the world for providing assembling solutions their pneumatic system wrenches are one of the best in their respective field. The YOKOTA system wrench comprises tools with torque ranging from 4Nm ~ 500Nm and pulse tool with torque ranging from 4Nm ~ 300Nm.

Working of Pulse tool Motor
The pneumatic motor uses air to produce rotational motion to a shaft. The primary rotating part is a rotor with slots on its surface which is mounted on the main drive shaft. Each slot in the rotor is fitted with sliding rectangular blades. The vanes get extended to the housing walls by the cam action, or air pressure, depending on the different motor designs. Air is injected into the motor input which pushes the blades in the slots creating the rotational motion of the central shaft. Rotation speeds of the Pneumatic motor can differ between 100 and 25,000 rpm depending on various parameters which include air pressure at the motor inlet and the continuous pressure provided by the compressor. Pneumatic pulse tools are powered by air that is delivered by a compressor at a high pressure ranging from 3bar ~ 8bar. The air is sent to the tool through a regulator which is set at a certain level required by the tool. The air required by the tool should be free from moisture. Once the air enters the tool, it’s fed to a rotor chamber where the compressed air hits the blades due to which the rotor begins to rotate. The rotor can rotate in either direction only the intake direction of the air is changed.

YOKOTA uses a variety of motors for their tools: -

· In YEX models the motor used a cylindrical eccentric motor or the plate eccentric motor, which has a power output with the feature of lightweight and compact.
In TKA & YED models the motor used has a double chamber air motor, and the generated torque is increased by two times due to the use of multiple blades.
In the YLA series the motor is newly designed for higher efficiency. It requires no lubrication due to its self-lubricating blades and cylinder that last 2 times longer than the conventional ones.
