The firm was established in 1990 with the purpose of providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and energy systems engineering design services for institutional, commercial, industrial and governmental clients.

Leach Wallace designed all new major mechanical and electrical systems for the facility.

This project comprises the addition of a 9-story, 450,000 sf addition that will be utilized for inpatient beds at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC, part of the Johns Hopkins family of healthcare institutions.
