The HACCPER mat can be used in industrial and clinical settings to hold sanitising fluid to clean and disinfect shoe soles and trolley wheels. The product has hundreds of bristles that loosen debris and contaminants. The bristles also act as a baffle, preventing the sanitising chemical from escaping the mat.

Compared to previous styles of boot-dip and sanitising mats, the HACCPER mat includes a flexible loop inside the dam edge, allowing the users’ shoes or boots to sink to the bottom of the mat, completely immersing the bottom of the workers’ footwear. The mat’s internal bevels also allow trolleys to be wheeled through the mat smoothly. A 200mm-diameter trolley castor wheel can complete two complete revolutions on a HACCPER mat.
