All new contents in Rising Waters Update

First, Bloodshade Harbor as a 6- or 4-player Heroic dungeon, and its 24-player version, Nightshade Harbor, will offer max-level players new PvE challenges. They are new ways to increase your martial prowess.
Second, Mushin's Tower, a single player Heroic dungeon, will grant all adventures rewards once they complete one floor. The difficulties are increasing floor by floor, and the rewards are greater as well. Except for 7 floors in the update, additional content will be introduced in future.
Third, 5 Hongmoon Levels will be unlocked in Rising Waters, and they allow you to continue to gain experience beyond level 45, and unlock additional skill points to increase your character’s strength in combat.
Last, the first PvP preseason will start since this update, and you can also earn and spend the Blade & Soul PvP currency in battles.

Warlock, PvP Season 1, and Floor 8 coming in near future update

As the official said, additional floors and content will be added in future. As a tradition of MMOGs, Floor 8 will be shortly coming after this update.
Besides, players don’t feel frustrated for the absence of warlocks. Surely, it is set for 2016, and it is said that it is probably in the second or third update.
