Portobello’s Campaign will come on March 31

If you enjoyed Acquisitions, Inc. live D&D event from PAX Prime 2015, then you will love Cryptic’s latest stunt - Respen is hosting Portobello to start a campaign beyond your deaths, or dreams. Called Portobello’s Campaign, the event will be running from March 31 to April 28, allowing Neverwinter players to play a D&D tabletop inside the MMO. This adventure is designed by Chris Perkins, who is also the principal story designer for D&D. Here you can see Portobello DaVinci gathers players to the Burrow Dawn, home of any one of four different dungeons. Promised characters include Flabbergast and his cat, Mr. Snibbly, as well as two rather famous gargoyles. For players interested in the loot, Cryptic says the month-long event will include a new companion and artifact as well as additional items modeled after the actual tabletop campaign.
The neverwinter queue system is still not fixed

Though many players are super excited for Portobello’s Campaign event, they worry that the “broken” queue system just make it unplayable content. For those who don’t know, since the new queue system is added into the game with the Mazi Engine expansion on March 15, many players haven’t been able to queue for anything. It is guessed that the new system is still a work in progress that has some (major) fine-tuning left to do. We can believe that when the queue works, it would be great. But we have to hope that the issues are fixed before this get release otherwise it might be content that many can not be able to access with their characters.
