GameGuard has done little to combat these buggers. They are being pretty clever in their ways of getting gold to their customer. I've seen a few people mention some techniques they use to workaround getting detected when they try to send gold to their alts. Blade And Soul Gold Sellers are doing the exact same things. As such, GameGuard isn't really doing anything to stop them. The spammers are being primarily stopped by player reports. The accounts with the bns gold?... I saw no indication that they were being stopped at all.
There are plenty of hacking tools out there and they rely on getting around GameGuard. Some of the more noob hackers did get caught with their pants down when GameGuard went live, but I'm sad to report that pretty much all of them got unbanned by submitted tickets to NC Soft support. They were mixed in with all of the legit players. They were not banned for RMT, mind you. Many of them also did post to these forums in General Discussion. I know who you are >

Macro People - Excellent++ (GameGuard vs people with fancy hardware that wanted to macro, GameGuard wins)

These are the people getting hit hard by GameGuard as many of them are players that are just using software that came with their hardware in order to cheat, so they aren't actively trying to get around GameGuard. As such, they are getting swept up in droves. We can safely say that we aren't really going to see any more people using macros in PvP.

GameGuard can detect how many keys a single key press sends. This is why you are ok. I guarantee that if you decide to use macros, GameGuard will catch it.

The people buying the Blade & Soul gold are the hackers and botters. I kid you not.
