Artifact Belts are a type of artifact equipment in D&D neverwinter module 4: Tyranny of Dragons. They can not be equipped by companions. There are 6 table of artifact belts you can get from Tyrant's Artifact Provisions Pack, Lair of Lostmauth (epic), The Shores of Tuern (epic), Venfithar and Vilithrax if you are a lucky player.
How about the drop rate of Artifact belt? It is very hard to get it. Some one killed 50 of the rothe valley dragon and got a belt of wisdom, and killed probably another 50 and got nothing.
