Tips to level up fast by doing Vigilance Quests

Upon reaching Level 60, you'll gain access to areas with NPCs who give out Vigilance Quests. These quests are repeatable and refresh every hour, so you can work on them all day. The four Vigilance Quest zones are Drowned Shore, Reclamation Rock, Fiery Pit, and Spinward Rise. However, only three of them are advised as below:
1. Reclamation Rock: The level of mobs there are at Lv63 – 65. So it is easy to kill them and get much experience. What’s more, there are many quests you can do. Each quest experience is almost about 14K.
2. Fiery Pit: The wild monster level is 65-67 in Fiery Pit, which brings you the best experience earnings. Also, you can accept the quests, and kill Magma Brutes with the richest experience.
3. Spinward Rise: The wild monster level is 67 - 69 in Spinward Rise. The Cloud Giants with the most experience are very easy to kill.

Tips to level up fast by doing Underdark Campaign

At level 60, you can begin the Dwarven King Quest Arc of the Neverwinter campaign. This consists of nine Chapters that must be completed before beginning the primary Underdark campaign. Speak with the NPC Captain Belgold in Protector's Enclave to receive the first quest. You can't access the main Underdark campaign until level 70, but it's good to have the prelude out of the way before then.
