Broccoli pesto & pancetta pasta

Step1: Take a pan, add salted water and broccoli to it. Boil this for 5 minutes and set it aside. In the same, pan add pasta and cook it following the packet instructions.
Step 2: Meanwhile, put the broccoli in a food processor with basil, garlic paste and oil and chop it until it becomes smooth. Add little black pepper and salt to it according to your taste.
Step 3: Set a frying pan and cook the pancetta for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add tomatoes in the same pan to soften them for 3 minutes. Toss the prepared pasta, broccoli paste, tomatoes, and pancetta. Cook the dish until it turns slightly golden brown. Serve it hot in food bowls.

Sweet and crunchy snap peas are sautéed with soy sauce and green onions to enhance the Asian flavour and give a delicious kick from the red pepper flakes. Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium flame. Add Garlic, red chilli, soya sauce, and cook it for 1 minute until the flavour matches well. Reduce the heat and add peas, carrots, onions and salt. Cover and stir it for 2 minutes until it become golden. If needed, add 1 tablespoon of water.
