I posted yesterday to say I had chased with my Royal Mail tracking number and Green Garcinia Gold was told my refund had now been processed – just checked my bank and there it is, This is minus the £6.50ish it cost to send the tablets back, but I also received £ from my bank Lloyds who were not prepared to process the chargeback but gave me customer credit for poor advice from their staff. It pays to keep nagging -keep a note of all the calls you make, recorded delivery nos etc. The fact I had taken several tablets makes no difference – the pot was opened but they still refunded – obviously starting to bow to people pressure ! I was alarmed to be informed by our bank that our account has also been debited with for ‘Active Green Coffee’. The Bank advise that this is almost certainly the same firm as Ketone.
