Edinburgh Dental Specialists Announces Upcoming Clinical Round Tables and Monthly Study Club

Edinburgh Dental Specialists, U.K.’s leading specialist referral and dental implant centre, announces upcoming round tables and study club. Clinicians, nurses and dental technicians are welcome to join.
 
[b][EDINBURGH, 12/02/2016][/b] ─ Edinburgh Dental Specialists (EDS), U.K.’s premier specialist referral and dental implant centre, announces upcoming clinical round tables and monthly study club sessions set out for 2016. EDS highly encourages clinicians, nurses and dental technicians to join the round tables and study clubs.

Registration is free. Each session will cover a specific topic and explore it in depth. Specialists in each topic will facilitate the presentations and interactive discussions will follow. The goal is to discuss a variety of treatment options and techniques to further improve dental practices and procedures in the U.K.

For over 20 years in service, Edinburgh Dental Specialists has grown to become not only a dental clinic for a variety of treatments but also a centre for dental education and innovation. EDS now has a state-of-the-art boardroom which provides an opportunity for dental experts and professionals throughout the U.K. to meet and brainstorm ideas on how to continually improve practices.

[b]Clinical Round Tables 2016 Schedule[/b]

EDS announces the following clinical round table sessions for 2016. Clinicians, nurses and dental technicians across the U.K. are welcome to join the following events:

15th March, 6.30pm – Dr. Penny Hodge will discuss Periodontics
26th April 6.30pm – Donald Thomson will discuss Radiography
17th May 6.30pm – Endodontics with Dr. Carol Tait and Dr. Bob Philpott

On top of the free registration, participants will also enjoy a light supper after the event. It will gain participants 90 minutes of verifiable Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

[b]Edinburgh Dental Specialists Study Club[/b]

EDS is glad to announce the addition of the monthly study club to their educational events. The monthly study clubs will discuss a variety of topics in restorative dentistry. Bob Philpott, a Specialist Endodontist, and Matt Brennand-Roper, a Specialist Prosthodontist, will be the hosts of the study clubs.

Participants will not only learn more about treatment options and techniques, but they will also gain 60 minutes worth of verifiable CDP for each session. The next session will be on the 2nd of March, with the topic “The Discoloured Central.”
