Emmanuel Dawlson is a Swedish track and field athlete who is aiming to win the Outdoor National title this season. With a lot of age and experience, he still remains one of the fastest runners in Sweden.

Emmanuel Dawlson, a Swedish athlete, announces that he is heading towards the outdoor season to claim the Outdoor National title. Emmanuel is hard to describe as an athlete. Over the years, he has competed in both sprint and middle-distance races, setting records in all three disciplines. He has also won gold medals in nearly every race he has ever competed in. The focus now is on breaking the age barrier, but not all of it is aimed at his own record. Using his experience and knowledge gained over the years, Emmanuel set his eyes on a new challenge: breaking one of the oldest barriers in track and field history—running a 200 m in under 20 seconds at an age of over 30 years old.

Emmanuel Dawlson said, "It's Not Over Until It's Over" about his athletic career. He was a world-class athlete who had won several competitions at the Swedish Championships. He had made his mark on the world by being one of the best at what he did.
Emmanuel's training during this period has been based on increasing his speed endurance so that he can handle running 200 meters over a longer distance without losing speed. This gives him sufficient time to cover more distance and catch up if needed. To achieve this, Emmanuel has been following a periodized program with different goals for different periods of time throughout the year, adjusting intensity and volume accordingly.
