To give anyone out there a bit of background

I am stuck right around 14 - 15% BF. I have lowered my calories with each passing month over the past year and currently around 1500
 
To give anyone out there a bit of background on myself, i will try to make it brief. Over the past 15 months or so, I have lost around 85lbs and 15 - 20% BF on a traditional 40/40/20 diet while running a deficit. Along with this, I strength trained as well as lots and lots of cardio. I am currently 5'8 and around 156 lbs.

I am stuck right around 14 - 15% BF. I have lowered my calories with each passing month over the past year and currently around 1500 each day. My fat loss has pretty much stopped over the past 45 days so after lots of research I have decided to take on a Keto diet to help get me over this plateau.

I have decided to do this for 45 days and see what my results are like. If i am seeing progress, I may continue for an additional 30 days, or until i can reach my next goal of being around 10% - 11% BF. Once reaching that goal, I will ramp up back to a clean bulk over the winter months, before cutting again in the Spring back to around 10 - 11%, and maybe even under 10% if possible. Who knows, maybe I will do Keto again in the Spring to cut if i find it successful this time around Testadrox
