Manufacturing company, United Polymers, which makes parts for the automotive industry, has partnered with artificial intelligence (AI) company GoodAI Solutions to improve its quality inspection.
United Polymers, which specializes in rubber and plastic parts for large automotive companies, will use The CUBE, a cutting-edge AI solution to detect surface defects and imperfections in products and parts on the production line. United Polymers products can be found in cars made by Ford, VW, Porsche, Jaguar, BMW, ŠKODA, Suzuki, Renault, Peugeot, Bentley, Opel, Hyundai, Kia, and others.
Getting quality checks wrong can be costly for manufacturers. The CUBE is trained using deep-learning AI and is able to identify problems far more accurately than the human eye, therefore greatly reducing errors and saving time and money.
Jiří Dobeš, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder at GoodAI Solutions said: “We are very pleased to work with United Polymers and that they have chosen The CUBE as their tool of choice. At GoodAI Solutions, we strive to help our clients transform their business using the latest cutting-edge artificial intelligence.”
