The Beach House is a magnificient oceanfront property with 7 beautiful and unique suites each with their own full bathroom. There are plenty of large common areas with lounge chairs, hammocks, a bar, a full kitchen and a private pool. Sit back and enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the sounds of nature at this amazing luxury property.
Just above the Beach House sits Happy Hill on the mountaintop with views that will leave you breathless as you look over the pacific ocean and the small town of Chimo. The property is landscaped beautifully and you will feel at one with nature. There are so many great meditation areas to relax including a 400 year old cactus and seating overlooking this incredible coastline. It has 5 independent unique luxury cabanas with private bathrooms and there are 2 swimming pools to enjoy. Happy Hill has many common areas including a full bar with amazing views, 2 dining areas and a full kitchen. Once you arrive on Happy Hill you will never want to leave.
The entire Treasure by the Sea Property resort consists of a total of 12 air conditioned rooms that can accommodates up to 26 guests. It includes 5 cabanas on Happy Hill and 7 rooms in the Beach House (double occupancy - each with a private bathroom). The properties are within walking distance of each other but completely different. Happy Hill offers 2 swimming pools and views that will leave you breathless along the entire property. Enjoy happy hour at the Sky Bar on Happy Hill, the 2 pools, the hammocks and the many open areas for lounging, meditating and relaxing. Just below the Happy Hill property is the Beach House, it sits on a beautiful 1 KM stretch of beach for you and your guests to enjoy. The house itself consists of 7 bedrooms with king size beds, a large common area with bar and pool as well as an ocean deck that has tables, loungers and hammocks for your comfort. It has a large shared kitchen, dining area and bar for dining and socializing. Enjoy the amenities of both properties both day and night.
