Physical health

Physical health - If health is good than all works perfect .So, health is a part of life . There are more benefits of good health .you can easily weight loss and reduce any disease like cancer risk & diabetes.If you want to healthy than you must exercise daily .It will help your body physical fitness.Don't smoke or drink otherwise your body will not be physically & mentally fit.Try to take adequate sleep regularly.

There are many benefit of healthy life with lots of good food ,exercise. It will have effect on your physical appearance and emotional condition,if you live healthy life you will be more energetic .It is important for adult should be sleep 8 hours everyday.If your body is healthy than you will feel more confident and feel energetic.you look better ,if your health is good and your face glowing and your hair is shiny.
