Art is a good way to improve a person’s health. When indulging in an artwork, individual feel more connected and devoted. Therefore keeping in mind the importance of art in the well-being of individuals who are prone to age difficulties and illness, Hplus has organized an art competition. This art competition is hosted at our Sunrise Care Home Berkshire where all residents are an active participant. All residents who are living with Dementia, Alzheimer or any other disease have been encouraged to participate in this competition. We have invited our residents and their family members to join in this art completion. All residents are putting their artistic talents to draw their favorite thing. We are hosting this event to help our residents become active and showcase their latent.

As per our manager, Mr. Mitul Jay Patel “Hosting such events at Hplus is always a pleasure. It is the time when all residents push themselves to showcase their talent. In this way, there health conditions are improved at a higher level and they can experience a quality life”. He added, “Our main focus to planning this art competition was to help all residents build a friendly relation with staff members and other residents as well. We have always encouraged our team members to host such indoor and outdoor activities and ensure all residents are joining us. We consider our residents as the most important asset and hence we invest in these activities promoting wellness of our residents”.
