“The scholarship program is one of the many initiatives of the InfoCepts Foundation, which aims to make positive impact on the community and drive the social transformation to make our country—and our planet—a better place for future generations,” explains Shashank Garg, InfoCepts founder and CEO.

Each scholar received INR 50,000 to cover school fees, plus a spot in a career mentorship and internship program. This helps them transition from campus life to professional jobs in data analytics, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other related fields.

InfoCepts Foundation (formerly called iCare) is the corporate social responsibility division of InfoCepts, a global leader in end-to-end data analytics solutions. The company serves global enterprise clients through its offices in India, Canada, United States, Switzerland, and Singapore.

The foundation launched its scholarship program in 2022, along with other initiatives in health, education, skill development, and environmental sustainability. In February 2022, the foundation kicked off InfoCepts Marathon, a monthly running eventthat aims to encourage community members to pursue healthier and more active lifestyles.

In 2021, the foundation distributed free school uniforms to 228 students of BGS Girls School. It also spearheaded a tree planting program in Nagpur, donated kitchen equipment to a village in Pune, provided grocery supplies to an orphanage in Chennai, and delivered COVID-19 medical supplies to multiple hospitals across India.

Over the years, InfoCepts Foundation partnered with multiple NGOs and launched over 40 charitable programs that reached more than 2,000 beneficiaries.
