ANAB's Randy Dougherty, and ISOQAR's Chris Paris; A Marriage of Misconceptions

The leadership of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board is either incompetent, or they are purposely allowing Christopher Paris to discredit quality professionals.

Milwaukee, WI / Bonita Springs, FL -- The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is on the hot seat once again for its role in supporting and accrediting the certificate mill ISOQAR, Inc., believed to be affiliated with known scammer Christopher Paris, owner of the bogus operation Oxebridge Quality Resources International. Paris filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2016 (http://www.osteinfo.com) and is currently being sued for defamation of character and publishing misleading information (fake news) on his website to discredit individuals, primarily his competitors in the quality community.

Strangely, no actual customers, client endorsements or even business references for Oxebridge Quality Resources could be found. The entire Oxebridge website appears to be nothing more than character assassination campaigns against quality professionals, certification bodies, and accreditation bodies, particularly organizations in competition with The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and/or International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Both ANAB and IAF was reported to the FTC for violation of anti-competitive laws, see http://www.einnews.com/pr_news/374397638/abac-others-call-for-ftc-to-investigate-lockheed-martin-for-antitrust-violations

ISO Watch has learned Mr. Randy Dougherty, the Vice President of ANSI-ASQ national accreditation board (ANAB®), and past Chairman & President of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) as of 2016 now treasurer, and current President & Chairman of IAAC (Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation), knowingly and willingly accredited the certificate mill ISOQAR, Inc, an organization believed to be affiliated with Christopher Paris. The bizarre relationship between Paris and Dougherty goes back several decades. The American Society of Quality (ASQ), which owns ANAB, provides Christopher Paris speaking engagements held at various ASQ chapters across the country to promote his organization Oxebridge Quality Resources, which engages in defamation campaigns against ANAB-ASQ-IAF competitors.

"The leadership of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board is either incompetent, or they are purposely allowing Christopher Paris to discredit quality professionals and its competitors in effort to restrain competition, and that is a violation of antitrust laws," said Michael Conley, spokesperson for a New York based quality management firm. ANAB's accreditation scheme has been a subject of heavy criticism by a leading US-based certification body G-PMC Group, see http://g-pmc.com/accreditation.pdf and here too: http://dguberman.com/G-PMC_2017.pdf

ISO Watch is investigating why Randy Dougherty, the leader of ANAB, IAF and IAAC is supporting the activities of known scam artists and copyright infringer, Christopher Mark Paris. Thus far, Dougherty has only shown a bizarre support of Paris and his smear campaigns by providing the Oxebridge.com owner speaking engagements for ASQ, despite protests from the Quality Community, including protests from leadership in Dougherty's own organization.

TAG-176 Chairman Paul Palmes, and former TAG-176 Chairwoman Alka Jarvis objected to allowing Paris to promote his corrupt organization Oxebridge on behalf of the American Society for Quality. Other TAG-176 members also revolted against the character assassination campaigns of Oxebridge, all of whom have been victims of misconceptions and copyrighted material stolen and published by Christopher Paris.

Despite the grievances of TAG-176 leadership, and ASQ members, Randy Dougherty failed to take action on the matter, showing complete incompetency, and in return, supported the attacks of Paris on innocent businesses owners.

“Businesses have the right to decide on the certification body of their choice, they should not be forced into using a certification body that's ANAB accredited, or a so-called member of IAF, said Michelle Green, spokesperson for ISO registrars in New York and London. She added, “The basis of the accreditation scheme perpetrated by Christopher Paris and his crony Randy Dougherty is the motivation for independent registrars to push for the FTC to investigate the anti-competitive practices of The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board and its affiliates.”

ISO Watch is aware of organizations seeking legal advice on whether or not the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), and the American Society of Quality (ASQ) can be libel for providing known defamer and copyright infringer Christopher Paris speaking platforms to spread misconceptions about ANAB's competitors.

As the accreditation body of the certificate mill ISOQAR, Inc., both ANAB and its sister organization IAF, both controlled by Randy Dougherty, can be dragged into a number of lawsuits that very well could reveal an accreditation scheme that is financially hurting corporations of all sizes, from small manufacturers to major federal contractors, including commercial, municipal and governmental entities, all believed to be deceived by a bogus accreditation scheme heavily endorsed by Christopher Paris on his fake news website Oxebridge. With the cheerful support of ANAB and IAF leadership, particularly the main character behind both organizations; Randy Dougherty, the Vice President of ANSI-ASQ national accreditation board (ANAB®), and past Chairman & President of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), and as of 2016 treasurer, and current President & Chairman of IAAC (Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation).

Perhaps the 'Clowns of Quality' is in full swing as shown in an humorous video at https://vimeo.com/137332442 Expect the video to be removed due to complaints from the clowns themselves. It appears to have been removed and re-uploaded a number of times. If the video is removed, just Google “Send in the Clowns of Quality.” Enjoy the laughs.
