Recently I called and actually got someone english. I thought I might finally get some help. Nope. Dude was friendly and actually tried to help briefly before putting me on hold. Then I get transferred to the hell that is an indian call center.

Who can we complain to about this? It's s complete joke, I am always disconnected at the end of a FUT match, and only FUT not online seasons so it's not a connection issue as they tried to fob me off with.

it's frustrating that this big faceless company takes our money and they really does not give a shit when we loose real money because of their ineptitude. Wish they gave more updates publicly to buy fut 16 coins, but that would put off people from the game and they could not rob more people I suppose.

I was lucky and got atleast 4 of my 7 DNFs compensated. The most frustating part of it is that the EA advisors dont know shit. They try to convince you to get your connection checked although their troubleshooting steps dont help at all. Everytime I am told that there is a limitation to 1 token. Today one advisor told me to come back in 2(!) weeks for another token, since the limitation is 1 per 2 weeks...

That's not really how this works, as one can assume that the percentage of redditors experiencing disconnects is roughly equal to the percentage of all FIFA players.

The problem is not related to the router or the ISP. I used Skype/TS while playing FIFA and there was no connection issue. Neither opening ports nor my WI-FI, as I'm using a wired connection, are causing the problem. My brother did not have any problems on his XBox One, and for cheap fut 16 coins, the problem disappeared for a while, when I suddenly got the DNF again.

Just because it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen at all, and with the pure number of people complaining it is really unlikely that the problem is on the users end. Stop being so ignorant.
