I'm currently in a great run of form with a ridiculously cheap set of 2 teams. All in I probably spent close to discard price for almost all 22 players. When you are charged by Sweats McGee, you must not sprint unless you have an ocean of space in front of you. As they close to within around 15 yards, slow down. As they close to around 7 yards or so, stop DEAD, turn, and protect the ball. You have to be motionless for this to work. Ensure your player is between the opponent and the ball. At this point one of three things happens:

1) Opponent sails harmlessly past or gets hung up on you and bumped away, leaving space in front of you

2) Opponent gives away a foul. If you're lucky, he slides in, which could be a straight red.

3) Very rarely the opponent will win the ball - maybe one out of every 8 or so challenges depending.

If they are brain-dead enough to hold R1, the supporting teammate mostly stands there with his dick in his hand unless you don't move for fifa ultimate team coins. They are pretty harmless. They look intimidating but they lack bite. If necessary, pass away.

That's seriously it. After a while they will either ragequit, keep doing this, or slow the game down, at which point you can play a nice enjoyable game of FIFA. Your team doesn't even need to be physically strong for this to work well, but it does help.
