Court documents allege in April of 2022, Ms. Guetta fled the United States to Israel while pregnant with Leo, exploiting the Israeli court system as a shield in a grand extortion plot. This plot aimed at targeting Greg Migliaccio, 32, a wealthy businessman in the pest control industry, for large sums of money in exchange for access to his son.

Adding complexity to the already convoluted saga, Joy had initially claimed in court documents to be oblivious to Leo's father's identity, asserting sexual involvement with multiple partners during late-night shifts at New York City nightclubs during the time of Leo's conception. Working at high-end nightclubs such as Le Bain and Gold Bar.

Court records reveal a subsequent DNA test filed by Mr. Migliaccio, accessible in public records from the Jerusalem District Court, unequivocally confirming him as Leo's biological father.

In a complicating twist, Fox 2 reveals Joy was granted temporary custodial relief amidst an ongoing larger international custody battle.

Since which it appears Leo and Joy's whereabouts since January 2, 2024, are currently unknown. Although it is suspected Joy has fled to Israel once more along with Leo and her mother, Lea.
