Keith Oswald pursued his commitment to providing all students with optimal opportunities to succeed and a better future.
As an educator and instructor, this passion for students has led him to support systems leadership to ensure that 180 schools' social-emotional and academic programming function without failure.
Keith Oswald is a well-experienced educator and instructor. Over the years, he has served the school district of Palm Beach County with his exceptional services. He took care of any special needs of students and staff. His guide has helped the school district to increase its ranking.
As the Chief of Equity And Wellness, his services include ensuring a safe and sound learning environment. He also ensures the students and necessary professional training to teachers and principals to provide good quality education to students.
He supported and helped students during periods of depression and took necessary measures for the health and learning of students during the coronavirus pandemic as the deputy superintendent chief of schools (March 28-July 2021). These measures provided a good learning environment.
He made possible the dream of No "D" or "F" rated schools which is still a dream for any other school district. He hired 170 behavior health professionals and mental health agencies in 100 schools as the Deputy Superintendent Chief of Schools (March 2018-July 2021) at the school district of Palm Beach, Florida.
He increased the graduation rate to 90% district-operated schools and No "F"-rated traditional schools in FY 17 as the chief academic officer (September 2014 to March 2018) at the school district of Palm Beach County.

He also has BSc Associates of Humanities, Liberal Arts, a degree he obtained from Niagara County Community College, Sanborn, NY.
