When someone asks me about diet and Weight Loss, I tell them what I do. I'm always thinking, 'When did I exercise last?' and 'When am I going to exercise again?'. To me the machines at the gym are like being at a playground. If feels like you're just playing and not working out. And dinner? Biggest disappointment of all. Gone is the rapidly devoured feast in front of the TV. Second helpings of meat and potatoes with "just a little" more wine? Forget it. Evening fare is now a sliver of meat with a few green vegetables.
