High brightness LED video screen is new trend in the advertising market, HTL is following this trend to enhance their products visibility and brand awareness in the media market.

HTL has launched its T1 Series Outdoor LED displays with high brightness in June,2016.

With luminance of over 12,000 nit and power consumption as low as 8,000 nit products, the T1 delivers high brightness, energy efficiency and durability thanks to HTL’s improved control and LED technology. The powerful LED display is also cost-effective, helping maximize benefits for customers. HTL has started mass production of the well-received screen, and can deliver it within 10 days. And it has made a splash in the market.

LED brightness is an important determinant of the display's quality. The higher the brightness of the LED display products, the more the saving of the current power. Therefore,In the past two years, high-brightness full-color outdoor LED displays have been greatly sought-after as the industry pacesetter. What makes HTL an industry leader? What distinguish HTL’s new-generation T1 apart from rival products available in the market? What are the major features of T1?

Proprietary LED Light, which is the Key Part of an LED Display Bolstered by its capability to develop LED lights, HTL pioneered the industry to use one BIN for one display and limit the display’s LED wavelength to 2.5nm and brightness ratio to 1:1.2 as a way to control the display’s brightness and color uniformity based on LED lights. This enables HTL to outshine competitors fundamentally. Moreover, HTL continues to improve the brightness of LED light. For example, the brightness of its oval green LED light has improved to 3200mcd from 1250mcd in 2014. The display appears white when red, green and blue colors have a brightness ratio of close to 3:6:1, indicating that the green LED light contributes to 60% of the overall brightness in white balance. Display vendors have been plagued by low-luminance green LED lights in outdoor displays. HTL has thus developed a high-brightness LED light that is 30-50% brighter than similar products in terms of red, green and blue brightness.

LED Light with High Brightness of Up to 12,000 Nit HTL’s T1 outdoor LED display has been widely popular with customers for its stable quality and high cost-efficiency. In March 2015, HTL increased T1’s brightness to 8,000 nit, making it one of HTL’s best sellers. In 2016, HTL raised its brightness to a staggering 12,000 nit. Notably, HTL has achieved the milestones by using its own high-brightness LED lights without increasing the current.

At 12,000-nit in full white mode, the T1 operates on maximum currents of only 13.6 mA, 12.8 mA, and 11.4 mA for a single red, green and blue light respectively, far below the highest safe working current of 20mA for LED lights. As well as reducing the operating power, the low current level extends the display’s service life. You are also free to adjust the brightness according to conditions.

Improved Display Effects and Extended Service Life Customers can benefit from the improved brightness in the following ways: High-brightness display can perfectly present images even in direct sunlight. From the Middle East to Las Vegas and to anywhere else on the globe exposed to strong sunshine, HTL’s T1 is poised to exceed your expectations for brightness. b. By making brightness free from the view distance, the T1 can reach a wider audience. The farthest view distance of a display may vary with the pixel pitch, area, and length-breath ratio, and, more importantly, the brightness. Light attenuates while traveling in the air due to absorption and dispersion by air molecules and aerosol.

Polished PWM technique to ensure high refresh rate of the LED screen PWM – (Pulse-width modulation) is a commonly used technique for controlling various brightness levels. Depending on the brightness level required, the current is forwarded to LEDs intermittently by turning the switch between supply and load on and off at a fast pace. For example, to achieve 50% brightness the current should be forwarded only half of the cycle duration, to reach 25% brightness the current will be switched on for only quarter of the cycle duration. In other words, an LED will operate in a “switched on – switched off” mode where the duration of the “switched on” period will correspond to the brightness level required. The duration of the minimum cycle (when an LED is switched on and off consecutively) is called a refresh period or refresh rate. HTL's leading PWM technique ensures that an LED (and the whole video screen) produces a cyclical image.
