BLANKS PLUS owner developed the revolutionary Eco-Hybrid fabric in 2011, proving an instant success when used solely for our sister line, MOCO, high-end, high-priced blank apparel line designing fashion forward blank apparel. Now with mass production, BLANKS PLUS president is expanding Eco-Hybrid blank t-shirts into the mainstream t-shirt market offering the world’s softest tees at a very competitive price.

Eco-Hybrid fabric lines are heavenly soft, with a feather-light feel, fantastic drape and superior printing surface. Crafted from a 100% natural and synthetic free fabric blend of cotton and Modal, Eco-Hybrid combines the strength and durability of cotton with the softness and 100% biodegradable eco-friendliness of Lenzing Modal, made from sustainable beech tree. We blend premium combed cotton and Lenzing Modal per special ratio and spec, then finish with our proprietary treatment process to create Eco-Hybrid. Using this unique custom cotton blend fiber, we create a variety of current, on-trend, pre-shrunk, and exclusive premium fabrics.

“The Softness Factor” – Infinite Washing

Eco-Hybrid fabrics possess “The Softness Factor” rarely found in t-shirts said president and owner of Blanks Plus. Currently, the majority of the t-shirts in the US market are made of rough, low grade open end cotton, which hardens with repeated washings. Our t-shirts are machine washable and tumble dryable with superior color fastness. Even after repeated washing, Eco-Hybrid remains soft, smooth and absorbent, just like it was on the very first day. Thanks to the smooth surface of Eco-Hybrid fiber, it’s impossible for lie scum to be deposited, thus preventing fabric hardening after repeated washings. Eco-Hybrid softness is eternal.
