Who were our ancestors and what did they do? What was their life like and how did they earn a living, entertain themselves, and relax with their families? These are important questions that aren’t answered directly in history books.

While modern history books do provide some insight into our past, they don’t typically give us an in-depth look into the lives of our family members unless, of course, they were famous. For that type of insight, we have to do our own research which can take a lot of time and effort just to unearth a small piece of the puzzle we call our past. However, with enough of the right puzzle pieces, we can learn so much more about ourselves based on the lives of our ancestors.
