Former legal director of Liverpool based Imperial Marketing Solutions, Nathan Ingram teams up with legal tech entrepreneur Beth Monk and a team of world class paralegals, solicitors, barristers, and foreign attorneys to meet the needs of their clients around the world.

The Contract Lawyer specialises in helping start-ups, SME’s, and e-commerce businesses manage potential legal risks through their expert contract writing services. “With an experienced group of legal professionals on board we’re on a mission to make legal services more accessible for smaller businesses and those looking to grow” said managing director, Nathan Ingram. “We’ve delivered countless high-quality commercial contracts across several different industries to meet the needs of our clients.
