How to reduce cholesterol through your diet?

Eating plenty of soluble fiber
Foods that are high in soluble fiber will prevent your digestive tract from absorbing them, food like, whole-grain cereals such as oatmeal and oat bran, fruits like bananas, oranges, pears, etc. Legumes such as kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc. also have a high content of soluble fiber.
Limit salt intake
Limiting your salt intake to almost one tablespoon a day will not necessarily lower your cholesterol, but it will reduce the risk of heart diseases by lowering your blood pressure. You can reduce your sodium intake by consuming goods that have no added salt or seasonings in it.
Granola bars
Granola bars are generally made up of oats, cereals, and dry fruits and are known as great energy boosters. There are a number of vegan snack bars available in the market today which are filled to the brim with mineral, vitamins and all the necessary energy you need to keep you on your feet throughout the day. Granola bars contain soluble fiber in them that helps in removing LDL from your body.

Pure apple cider vinegar is very popular in the health community for its various benefits including lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, reducing belly fat, etc. Recent studies have shown that women who eat salad dressings with vinegar on it have reduced cholesterol in compared to those who don’t.
