Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. The heels should be of 12 (30.4 cm) to 18 inches (45.7 cm) away from your butt. Place your hands behind your head, wearing the shoulder blades and elbows back. No arques kicks back or ribs to outside, and make sure your head and spine aligned. Keep your stomach, exhale and bend your head and shoulders to the floor. Keep your neck relaxed and your chin up. Hold for two seconds, making sure your lower back is in contact with the ground. As you inhale gently, slowly lower your head and shoulders back to the ground. Keep your movements controlled at all times and do not move too fast.
