Kickstarter, Creating Healthy Environment Through Greening Deserts Project
Desert greening is a very important aspect of human activities as it helps provide a solution to global water problems, energy inconsistency, and food crises. It also solves the problem of natural disasters such as erosion and wind disaster and prevents environmental degradation.
Greening Deserts is a sustainable project that tends to provide a human-friendly environment through greening or cultivating dry areas with special desert plants like bamboo; Wildflower plant like brittlebush; Cactus plant such as Acuna, cholla cactus, etc. The Greening Projects primarily kicks-off near the coast with the building of greening camps, a kind of farm with greenhouses and container, tents or huts, using modern and clean technologies like irrigation with natural water sources and renewable energy supply.
In this afforestation project, Greening Desert Camps could cultivate food plants. Medicinal herbs and plants that are peculiar to each country or region where the Desert Greening Project starts and which have been forgotten for many years will also be planted. The forestation will also include planting of those plants that were considered essential in ancient days, but are now abandoned in today’s society.
Another main aim of this Agricultural project is to build a network for dry areas, to reclaim good land, save the environment by making it greener, improve the oxygen levels on earth and reduce the food (hunger ) crises spread across various countries around the words.
