Taking Artificial Intelligence to Human Level

Artificial intelligence is an aspect of computer that makes computers to function like a human. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a field that has been in history for a long time, but it is still constantly and actively expanding and improving. There are numerous applications of Artificial Intelligence which includes: computers playing game against human opponents, computers making decisions in real life situations such as diagnoses of diseases based on symptoms; other fields where Artificial Intelligence is applied are: natural language (making computers to understand human languages),Neural network and robotics. Huge possibilities and achievements in the field of Artificial intelligence are obvious and it continues to expand human capability in a way that was never expected. The concept of Artificial Intelligence was innovated with the sole aim for computers to make decisions without any input from humans.
To improve on the concept of Artificial Intelligence, a universal language is needed to teach and acquaint our computers (laptops, desktops or mobile phones) on how to behave like humans. This may not be achieved without operating systems that could learn from humans –not only from the programmers or the developers. A biologist, Dr. Mahmud ArifPavel submitted a PROPOSAL to convert the current computational system to educable systems. The aim is to develop operationg systems that have in-built capabilities to learn and be taught with a universal programming language. Artificial Intelligence has become more popular as it is now the game changer for humanity in almost every aspect of human endeavors, but cannot be compared to humans in terms of smartness. Based on this inability of Artificial intelligence to be as smart as human, Pavel focused on research and advocated to develop a universal programming language and programmable operating systems so that we all can program the existing software. Pavel also stated that if it is possible to develop a programming language for everybody, and make the current artificial Intelligence programmable by everybody and become teachers of Artificial Intelligence, it will solve the problem of limited available teachers of the current Artificial Intelligence system. There is an immense need to give developing an educable system through a universal programming language a trial, in order to create our first educable, intelligent and sapient artificial intelligent friend. Pavel calls this educable, intelligent and sapient AI, ‘Artificial Sapiens’.
