November 1, 2022 – Ottawa – IRCC is pleased to release details on Canada’s Immigration Levels Plan for 2023-2025. Canada aims to welcome 465,000 new permanent residents in 2023, 485,000 in 2024 and 500,000 in 2025.

In the upcoming year plan Canada has changed the procedure for immigration:

The Immigration Levels Plan serves as a roadmap for immigration and specifies immigration goals for the following year: 2023,2024,2025.
