The principle prototype adopts the direct energy conversion method to introduce the vibration field into the whole process of plasticization and extrusion, from the principle to the mechanical structure.

They are completely different from traditional screw extruders, which overcome many defects of traditional equipment, and have the advantages of small size, light weight, low manufacturing cost, low energy consumption, low noise, and good plasticizing and mixing effect. At the end of 1990, the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the State Science and Technology Commission organized experts to list it as a preparatory project for the 1991 National Torch Program for research and development after inspection and defense. In July 1991, one of the series of studies, "Research on Mechatronics and Electromagnetic Integration of Plastic Compounding Extrusion Equipment", was funded by the "Fok Yingdong Youth Education Fund". With the support of this fund, the co-extrusion and compounding mechanism of the electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing extrusion mechanism of plastics was studied in depth, and the engineering principle of polymer electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing extrusion was firstly proposed at home and abroad, and a relatively perfect polymer dynamic solid was established. The mathematical model of conveying, melting and melt conveying clarifies and quantitatively describes the basic laws of the dynamic plasticization and extrusion process of polymers. According to the new principle, the "Plastic Electromagnetic Dynamic Plasticizing Extrusion Equipment" pioneered at home and abroad has been developed.
