Orange County, CA, December 05, 2014 /PressReleasePing/ - Deus Fight Works with Top Brother and the Carly-Stowell Foundation to support and sponsor children competing in the first World Paraplegic Brazilian Jiujitsu Competition
In conjunction with the Carly Stowell Foundation, Deus Fight along with Mastre Casquinha Cezar Guimaraes supported a number of athletes attending the CBPJJ paraplegic Brazilian jiujitsu championship this past Saturday, November 29, 2014. Casquinha Cezar Guimaraes runs Top Brother in Brazil and several affiliate non-profits in the favelas. The competition was exciting and fulfilling for not only the competitors, but for family and friends alike. Deus Fight was excited to be a part of this amazing event.
In coming off a holiday like Thanksgiving in the US, it's a great reminder that there are so many things for people to be thankful for. Deus continues to assist under priviledged children in the poorest areas of Brazil through their Favela Kids Project. Since Deus could not attend the event in person, they hosted a seminar in Orange County, CA with Jake from Budo Videos to raise awareness and additional funds for the program.
