SIT31016 Certificate III in Patisserie
The Certificate III in Patisserie provides students with the knowledge of patisserie skills necessary to become pastry chefs in a catering or restaurant setting. The students also learn how to work independently and under supervision.

SIT40716 Certificate IV in Patisserie
